6. Subscription & Billing

  • Business Outcomes: We don't guarantee specific business results

13. Limitation of Liability

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINZLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

13.1 Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Winzly shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, please contact us at support@winzly.ai to attempt to resolve the issue informally. We commit to working in good faith to resolve disputes.

15.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15.3 Class Action Waiver
